Privacy Notice
Effective August 20, 2026
Casa del Arte is a small website with a single purpose: to show the house and let you reserve a stay. This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to information around that.
Reservations are taken in an embedded booking flow powered by Hospitable. Anything you enter there is handled by Hospitable under its own terms and privacy policy.
Who we are
This website is operated by Voodoo Ventures, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.
Contact for privacy, website and reservation questions: chris@analog.properties. Postal: 455 Market St Ste 1940 PMB 78424, San Francisco, CA 94105-2448, United States.
Voodoo Ventures, LLC operates this website and the stay offering. It does not own the property.
What this website collects
This website has no account, login, comment field, contact form or email sign-up. We do not ask you for personal information on these pages.
If you email chris@analog.properties, we hold that message and your email address so we can reply.
Like any website, requests to our pages are served by our hosting provider, which processes standard technical request data to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Booking information
Availability, dates, guest details, pricing and payment are handled inside the embedded Hospitable booking flow, not by this website. Hospitable processes that information under its own policies, and we receive the reservation details we need to host your stay.
Analytics and advertising
The Casa del Arte website uses Google Analytics 4 for site measurement: how pages are used, which content is viewed, and whether visitors reach the booking section. We use it in a privacy-protective configuration with Google advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation turned off.
We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels, session recording, fingerprinting, lead capture or email marketing programmes on this site. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, reservation details or any other personal details you enter into the booking widget to Google Analytics, and we do not include query strings or page fragments in what we measure.
We record limited campaign information — the standard utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term parameters, and Google click identifiers such as gclid — in your browser's own storage, so we can understand which campaign brought a visit. This is stored first-party in your browser only.
Separately, our hosting provider may collect limited technical and usage information through hosting-provided analytics to operate, secure and understand how the site is used. That is hosting analytics, not a Casa-configured analytics tool or advertising service.
Our booking provider, Hospitable, also reports booking-funnel measurement for the direct booking widget under the same analytics configuration.
We keep this simple: analytics runs sitewide and we disclose it here rather than interrupting you with a consent pop-up. There is no banner and no on-page preference control. You can block or clear analytics cookies and storage using your browser's own privacy settings or an extension, and you can write to chris@analog.properties with any question or request about this. If we introduce additional measurement or any marketing tools later, we will update this notice before they go live.
How long we keep things
We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for hosting and for our records, and reservation records for as long as we need them to run the stay and meet our ordinary business and accounting needs. We delete what we no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to chris@analog.properties and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
For information you entered in the booking flow, Hospitable's privacy policy explains how to make the same kinds of requests.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date shown at the top.
